She spent 1983-1987 in Anchorage when she expanded her knowledge of the Insurance Industry and the Great Outdoors.  During her time in Anchorage Lucille became a charter member of the Exceptional Producers Council, a national organization that recognizes employees who generate a notable amount of insurance brokerage business.  She became involved in The National Association of Insurance Women and went on to serve as the local president for the Anchorage Association as well as serving on regional and national committees.

Transferring back to Pasadena, California in 1987, Lucille worked for Corroon's and was named Insurance Women of the Year through her work in her local association in Los Angeles.  She also served as its local president.

Lucille Joined Kessler Sales in 1989, selling and servicing clients in the recycling, environmental, manufacturing, and distribution businesses, as well as security and janitorial.   Her role as Kessler EVP and partner has brought other responsibilities including managing and mentoring of the sales staff and being a part of the agency’s strategic planning team.  Lucille is one of Kessler’s most effective public ambassadors, meeting with potential new clients, employees or insurance carriers.
